Introduction
The Graduate Institute of Social Work at the National Chengchi University is one of the most distinguished social work graduate programs in Taiwan. The institute was established in 2006 as the "Graduate Institute of Social Administration and Social Work" and was renamed as the "Graduate Institute of Social Work" in 2009. A Ph.D. program was launched in 2013. Our aim is to cultivate outstanding social workers, social administrators, and scholars with professional knowledge, skills, and broad visions.
Features
We offer a wide range of courses covering long term care, family service, children and youth, individuals with mental illness and indigenous people. We strive to bridge the gap between research and practice while integrating both macro and micro-level of analysis into our perspective.
